About this stone
A beige base covered all over in darker taupe swirls, like marbled cream with no long veins. It gives a warm, classic look for wood cabinets and traditional kitchens, and the even pattern hides crumbs, coffee drips and water spots.
It is engineered quartz, about 90% crushed quartz bound with resin, so it is non-porous, needs no sealing and resists tea, oil and lemon stains. Use a trivet for hot pots, keep it out of strong direct sun, and use it indoors only.
Care
Wipe with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid bleach and scouring pads, and use a trivet under hot pans.
