About this stone

Sunny Menia is a light, warm yellow-cream with fine brownish outlines drifting through it. It brings a sunny glow to stairs, floors and bathroom walls, and it looks especially good next to white walls and wood doors. Cut one way it shows soft clouds; cut the other way it shows gentle lines, so check which look you are getting.

It is a soft marble. Polished floors lose some shine in busy spots, and lemon, vinegar and harsh cleaners leave dull patches. It handles heat well. Use it indoors on floors, stairs, walls and window sills. For a kitchen countertop or an open terrace, a harder stone will age better.

Care

Clean with water and a neutral stone soap. Seal after fitting and reseal every year or so.
