About this stone
Red Aghadir is a vivid blood-red with darker crimson zones and soft clouds of pink and white drifting through it. It is one of the brighter reds, so a little goes a long way.
It suits accent uses where colour is the point: a feature wall or a panel behind a basin, a table or console top, or small inlays and borders set in white or cream stone. Around it, plain walls and light floors keep it from feeling heavy. The pale clouds are softer mineral pockets that can pit or take resin filling, and as with other red marbles, acids and direct sun will dull the surface over time.
Care
Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and keep lemon, vinegar and strong sprays off it. Reseal about once a year, more often on a tabletop.
