About this stone
Beige Menia is a warm, even beige with thin honey-coloured veins wandering across it. In a home it reads quiet and light, so it suits large floors, staircases and window sills where you want the stone to sit back and let the room speak. It can be polished for shine or honed for a softer, matte look.
Like other marble it is fairly soft. It scratches under grit and sand, and lemon juice, vinegar or harsh cleaners leave dull marks on a polished surface. Heat from a pot will not hurt it. The honest caveat: on a busy kitchen countertop it will show wear quickly, so keep it for floors, stairs and walls.
Care
Sweep often so sand does not scratch the polish, and mop with water and a neutral cleaner. Seal it after installation and again every year or so.
