About this stone
Imperial Red has a warm rust-red ground with small grey-green specks spread evenly across it. In this photo it leans towards orange, so the colour in person can look deeper or lighter depending on the slab and the light.
It is a hard, even-grained granite that stands up to heat, foot traffic and weather, so it suits stairs, entrance floors, outdoor steps and cladding, flamed where grip matters. It also works for countertops and sills in homes that want a warm colour. The honest caveat: strong red tones are harder to match if cabinet or floor colours change later, so view a real sample in daylight before choosing.
Care
Indoors, wipe with mild soap and water. Outdoors, sweep and wash with plain water, and avoid acid cleaners that dull the surface.
