About this stone
Rosa Norvegia mixes salmon pink and cream patches that flow in one direction through streaks of olive green and gold. From a distance it reads as a warm, soft pink; up close it has a lot going on.
It suits floors in halls and living rooms, wall cladding, bathroom vanities and stair treads, and its greens make it an easy match for wood, plants and bronze fittings. Cutting slabs so the flow runs the same way keeps a floor or wall calm. The greenish streaks hold softer minerals that can polish slightly less evenly than the pink, and acids will mark the surface.
Care
Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and keep lemon, vinegar and strong sprays off it. Reseal about once a year, more often on a tabletop.
Better avoided for
